Each page has a quote and then they ask you a question that gets you thinking about the subject of the quote.
Sorry if it's hard to read. This is the best I could get it to look. Below are some of the quotes in the book that I found very inspirational. The first quote is my favorite and so insightful."So many people tiptoe through life, so carefully, to arrive, safely, at death." -Jermaine Evans
"How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I'm committed to." -Tony Robbins
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." -Confucious
"Sooner or later, those that win are those who think they can." -Richard Bach
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." - Eleanor Roosevelt
"People say that your're going the wrong way when it's simply a way of your own." -Angelina Jolie
I also really like to write in nice well made journals. I love these handmade journals by art kitten on etsy. Aren't they cute?
Roosevelt quote is my fav...it's so true
